Hi Ma’am Rica,

Ano po ba ‘yung Traumatic Masturbatory Syndrome? Lumabas kasi habang ginoogle ko. Feeling ko po, may ganito ako. Totoo ba ‘yon or joke lang?

                                                                        Thank you,

Hi to you Tea Cup Key,

Interesting na curious ka about Traumatic Masturbatory Syndrome. But I want you to know that this is not as scary as it sounds.

Nagiging okay naman sila at back to normal once they are trained to masturbate facing up and using their hands.

Ang theory na ito ay hindi masyadong pinagtotoonan ng pansin ng medical community at wala pang follow up study to validate these claims.

While we are at this topic, let’s talk about masturbation na din. Ang masturbation ay healthy at common pero okay lang ito if it does not affect other aspects of your life negatively. Low risk ito for sexually transmitted diseases and it gives you control over your pleasure.

But knowing this, meron tayong mga tinatawag na masturbatory aids like fabrics, objects, or gadgets that may cause irritation or pain.

Rather than TMS, common concern ‘yung baka mabali or breaking the penis.

Kung meron kang concerns on erection or ejaculation, maaaring komunsulta sa iyong doctor or consider to seek help from a therapist. Other than that, feel free to enjoy yourself but always remember to be safe.

With love and lust,

Rica
