After a decade, Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo return to primetime—this time not just as beloved onscreen partners, but as a real-life married couple.
Their much-anticipated reunion, “Sanggang Dikit FR,” is set to bring action, drama, and heart to GMA Prime’s weeknight lineup.

In the series, Jennylyn plays Roberta “Bobby” Enriquez, a cheerful but tough-as-nails policewoman. Dennis takes on Antonio “Tonyo” Guerrero, a laid-back but street-smart officer who likes to bend the rules. Brought together by a murder case tied to their pasts, Bobby and Tonyo must learn to work as a team—whether they like it or not.
“It’s not just any teleserye,” Dennis said. “It’s an exclusive, action-packed presentation. We’re doing fight scenes together, and real stunts. It’s exciting.”
Jennylyn admitted, “Kakaiba ‘tong series na ‘to. First time ko gumawa ng action. Napa-yes ako lalo na nung nalaman kong kasama ko yung asawa ko.”
The couple credits director L.A. Madridejos for guiding them through their most physical roles yet. “He takes care of the story and every character,” Dennis noted. “Even with the action theme, may puso pa rin.”
“Sanggang Dikit FR” — which stands for For Real — spotlights the strength of partnership, on and off screen.
“You’ll see here that with teamwork, you can solve any problem,” Dennis said. “Not just as police partners, but as husband and wife.”

The series also stars veteran actors Roi Vinzon as Juaquin Guerrero, Al Tantay as Victor Santiago and Nova Villa as Lola Isang together with respected character actors Allen Dizon as Rodolfo Flores, Jeffrey Santos as Roman, Marina Benipayo as Sophia Guerrero.
Adding more spice to the series are Joross Gamboa as Eric Garcia, Liezel Lopez as Selena Madrigal, Juancho Trivino as Glen Guerrero, Sam Pinto as Cecilia Montero.
Joining them are rising Sparkle stars Chanty Videla, Zonia Mejia, Kim Perez, Matthew Uy, Seb Pajarillo, John Vic De Guzman. The series also features the special participation of social media influencers, including Abdul and Marsy, Chef Abi, Shernan, Zaito.
The series is produced by the GMA Entertainment Group, headed by Officer-In-Charge and Vice President for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy, Assistant Vice President for Drama Ali Nokom-Dedicatoria, and Senior Executive Producer Mary Joy Pili.
The show’s creative team consists of Creative Director Aloy Adlawan, Creative Head Des Garbes Severino, Creative Consultant Denoy Navarro-Punio, Head Writer Obet Villela, Writers Geng Delos Reyes and Tonio Rodulfo, Brainstormer Jimuel Dela Cruz and Jai Cañete.
