They are this year’s breakout love team.
Talking about Marco Gallo and Heaven Peralejo, known among fans as MarVen.
After hitting it big with their hit Viva One series, “The Rain in España,” the two are now ready to take on the big screen via “The Ship Show.”
In it, Marco and Heaven play the roles of wannabes joining a reality show eager for a crack at stardom.
Ironically, Marco and Heaven first met as contestants on Pinoy Big Brother.
Marco related, “I couldn’t help but recall our days in the Pinoy Big Brother House when we were doing this film.”
Heaven added, “It actually felt surreal, like we were transported back in time.”
Apart from the two, “The Ship Show also features the cheerful duo of Nestor (Tomas Rodriquez) and Tintin (Ashtine Olviga), the sexy and confident tandem of Ashley (PJ Rosario) and Belline (Angelic Guzman), the ex-couple Buddy (Rabin Angeles) and Shey (Bianca Santos), the music lovers Elbrich (Migo Valid) and Marge (Janine Teñoso), and the brainy love team Monti (Martin Venegas) and Amor (Madelaine Red).
With every given task, each couple will have to win the hearts of shippers and survive every elimination round. And just like any competition, things get tougher over time, and the rapport of each couple gets tested as the show goes on.
Watch how the show change their lives and how each onscreen team-ups experience real feelings.
Are they really with the right partners? Or are some better off with other participants? Who will get eliminated first? Who will see it through to the end? Which ship will sail?
