Vehicles from Muelle de la Industria intending to use the southbound lane of the Binondo–Intramuros Bridge should proceed to Muelle Banco Nacional toward Plaza Sta. Cruz.

Meanwhile, vehicles from San Fernando Street heading to Plaza Cervantes and the southbound lane of Jones Bridge must turn right to Dasmariñas Street, then left to Muelle de Binondo, left to Muelle de la Industria, and continue to Muelle Banco Nacional toward Plaza Sta. Cruz.
