Just a bad camera angle.
That’s how Bea Alonzo chose to explain the latest social media uproar about her, this one involving a supposed “baby bump” as spotted in a recent birthday photo.
Apparently, even in the age of high definition, imagination is still king.
The actress took to Instagram on Friday to thank fans for their birthday greetings and, with her trademark composure, gently clarify that there’s no breaking news from, err, the stork.

“Thank you for all the birthday love. Feeling so grateful for another year of laughter, growth, and the people who keep me grounded,” she wrote, before addressing the viral snapshot head-on: “And for anyone curious about ‘the picture’ — just caught at a bad angle after an amazing dinner…”
She added, “Glowing, not expecting.”
It was a deft move.
She was warm, polite, and just cheeky enough to remind everyone that not every “glow” signals a plot twist.
The photo, taken during a surprise party thrown by her team, showed Bea standing beside her boyfriend, Puregold president Vincent Co, while holding a bouquet of flowers.
Some online sleuths decided the arrangement doubled as camouflage. Because of course, in 2025, nothing says “cover-up” like, well, hydrangeas.
Now consider the rumor gracefully retired.
