They said she and Atong Ang were done. That he hit her. That he supposedly got one of her daughters pregnant.

Sunshine Cruz could’ve easily succumbed to the seeming onslaught but, no.

She’s not new to noise. She’s seen these kind of malicious gossip come and go.

This one didn’t rattle her.

She went online Monday to let the truth do the work—and let the lies burn themselves out.

No drama. Just facts.

She posted screenshots of pages spreading the gossip. Some looked like tabloids. Others barely.

She simply called it fake news and moved on.

“Sharing misinformation is not advisable,” she wrote. Straight. Sharp.

“Be vigilant, family and friends,” she added.

She didn’t plead. Didn’t explain too much. Just posted a checklist—how to spot fake stories.

Then a line about not believing everything you see on the Internet, even if there’s a quote and a picture.

Clean. Dry. Like someone who’s been through worse.

Talk about her and Atong started last year after being seen together more than usual.

Following tha viral kiss as taken by a fan at a cockpit arena, it’s now common knowledge that they’re more than friends.

Before Atong, there was Macky Mathay. They ended it in 2022.

Before that, Cesar Montano. That story ended in court.
