ASINGAN, Pangasinan – Almost a hundred stray dogs and cats were adopted by Pangasinenses to save them for euthanasia or mercy killing.
Jaya Uy, a volunteer for the Red Cubs Pet Patrol, that since last year, the group, a non-governmental organization, has been rescuing dogs abandoned by their former owners.
“The advocacy of Red Cubs Pet Patrol is to rescue those beautiful animals (dogs and cats) from suffering and protect their health,” Uy said.
