SANTIAGO CITY, Isabela – A village councilor who has filed his certificate of candidacy candidate for Barangay Chairman was collared in a successful buy-bust operation in Brgy. Rizal here.
Supt. Percival Rumboa, Santiago City Police director, said suspect Eugenio de Leon, 53 yielded two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu to a poseur buyer.
A case in violation of Section 5 and 11 of RA 9165 will be filed against the suspect.
