The government’s war on illegal drugs is not targeting the poor, Malacañang said yesterday, as it asserted President Duterte’s resolve to get rid of drug pushers regardless of their socioeconomic status.
Presidential spokesman Ernesto Abella made the argument to dispute the remarks of a Human Rights Watch official criticizing Duterte’s anti-drug campaign was “a war on the poor.”
“The war on drugs is not targeted at any particular segment of society,” Abella said. “As the President said, he has to clean up the streets of drug users, pushers, and dealers, regardless of their socioeconomic status in life,” he said. (Genalyn D. Kabiling)

375971 279338Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone! 222199
