Police are investigating a dismembered body discovered inside a black trash bag stuffed into a drum that was brought in by two men riding a white van in Binondo, Manila, on Sunday, Feb. 15.
According to the Manila Police District (MPD), the men riding a Mitsubishi L300 van stopped on Mel Lopez Bridge and instructed two scavengers to dispose of a Scotch tape-sealed blue drum.

Upon opening the drum, they found an open trash bag containing chopped body parts of a man.
The discovery was immediately reported to the police.
The MPD said the cadaver was brought to the morgue for autopsy.
