Actress Chie Filomeno was recently sighted in Cebu with businessman Matthew Lhuillier, fueling persistent rumors that the two are now a couple.
Photos and videos circulating on social media show Chie and Matthew spending time together around Oakridge Marketplace, where they appeared relaxed and comfortable in each other’s company.
In one viral Facebook post, a bystander boldly captioned the photo: “Totoo ang chismis guys haha…”
In the footage, Chie is seen wearing a simple tank top and jeans, while Matthew opted for a light blue polo shirt and white shorts.
Observant fans also noted that Matthew himself took photos of Chie with an Oakridge employee and a security guard who asked for a selfie.
Buzz around their supposed relationship first emerged in September, coinciding with reports that Chie had parted ways with actor Jake Cuenca.
