Police are investigating the death of a German national found inside his condominium unit in Cambridge Village, Barangay San Andres, Cainta, Rizal, last Nov. 2.
The Cainta Municipal Police identified the victim as Tobias Wahl, billeted at Cluster 31 in the complex.
According to the police report, neighbors noticed a foul odor coming from Wahl’s unit and alerted the building’s security guard.
Upon inspection, the guard discovered blood stains in the comfort room and Wahl’s bloodied body inside.
The incident was immediately reported to the police.
Authorities are still determining the cause of death and whether foul play was involved. (Patrick Garcia)
