The SSC-R Stags in Taiwan tournament

San Sebastian College bounced back from a stinging defeat the last time with an 89-47 drubbing of Malaysia’s Tunku Abdul Rahman University Management and Technology in the PCCU Cup on Wednesday, Sept. 17, in Taiwan.

Putting behind their 90-74 defeat to the CSB Blazers on Tuesday, the Stags used a strong start and a much better finish to win convincingly in the 6-team tournament.

They launched their campaign in style after drubbing Vanung University, 84-44.

SSC’s first international tournament in decades has been made possible through its team patron in Jackson Chua of Red Dynasty, Phenom Sportswear and Baketech.
