Could we be witnessing the birth of the next It Couple?
We’re talking about Atasha Muhlach, daughter of showbiz icons Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez, and Jacob “Jake” Ang, heir to the San Miguel Corporation empire and son of tycoon Ramon Ang.
The buzz started with Jake reposting the trailer of Atasha’s newest series “Bad Genius.”
Eagle-eyed netizens were quick to take notice, going on to ask if there’s something romantic going on between the two.
Apparently, this isn’t the first time Jake has publicly supported Atasha’s projects via reposts.
Then came the grainy video of Jake at a “Bad Genius” sortie.
Based on this, not a few were quick to conclude that there is, indeed, “something” between the two.
Why would he take the time to attend an event that is quite hectic?
It isn’t as if he’d be able to hobnob with Atasha there.
Adding fuel to the fire are murmurs that Jake was spotted with the Muhlachs during a vacation in Hong Kong.
Instagram sleuths also point out that Atasha’s been liking Jake’s posts from as early as January. Her twin brother Andres is liking them too.
So are they or aren’t they?
There is no confirmation as of yet.
Atasha, whom we’ve bumped into several times recently, remains mum on matters of the heart.
But a source spilled that the two have been spotted together frequently even from way back.
