On a day before she turns 18, Team Philippines’ Jasmine Mojdeh clinched her second bronze medal in the 13th ASEAN School Games in Danang, Vietnam Thursday, June 6.

The multi-titled Mojdeh logged the third best time in the 200m girls’ butterfly event after clocking 2 minutes and 20.11 seconds.

Indonesian Michelle Surjadi Fang topped the contest in 2:16.44, edging past Vietnamese Nguyen Ngoc Tuyet Han (2:18.43) in a thrilling finish.

The Brent International School ace took her first bronze in the 100-meter girls’ butterfly where she timed 1 minute and 4 seconds.

But she failed to make it to the podium in the 200m girls’ individual medley after a disappointing sixth place finish.

Mojdeh, alongside Fil-British Heather White, is using the event in preparation for next year’s SEA Games.

Albert Amaro also bagged a bronze in the boys’ 50m butterfly in 25.45 seconds with Indonesians Jeremy Ganesha (24.81) and Jason Yusuf (24.84) completing an impressive 1-2 finish.
