Centro Escolar University announced that its 2020 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting shall be held online on October 30, 2020 via remote communication over the Zoom platform. In light of current public health concerns, stockholders may participate only by remote communication, and vote electronically in absentia/proxy. Interested stockholders must first register at www.ceu.edu.ph.
