NAGLABAS ng hinaing ang mabusising direktor na si Erik Matti sa Facebook ukol sa pagbabalik trabaho ng karamihan sa entertainment industry kung matapos na nga ang Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) on May 15. Obvious na may takot at pangamba siya dito.
Aniya, “There’s a lot of uncertainty when this is all over. Yes, it’s easy to think that we can just resume what we have been doing before this lockdown happened…but would it still be the same?
Dagdag pa niya, “I am talking here as a filmmaker. As someone who tells stories. What stories can we tell after this? Do we all just go back to how we used to be telling random film stories for everyone’s entertainment?
“Certainly after the scare we all went through, we all just need mindless fun to get us through being imprisoned for more than a month. But isn’t that what we’ve been doing all this time? Watching anything and everything that can take our mind off the worst that’s happening out there?”
Sumangayon si John Arcilla. Aniya, “As for me Erik… I DONT WANA TAKE THE RISK YET, wala pang vaccine. Ayoko pang sumabak at magbakasakali pero ikakapahamak ko o ng kasama ko at magkakadamay damay tayo. In all honesty – until the vaccine is ready, only then that I can be a little more willing to risk.
