Eleazar unexpectedly arrived at the Manila Police District (MPD) around 1:15 a.m.  to check if Police Officer 1 Eduardo Valencia, who allegedly raped the daughter of drug suspects, is indeed behind bars.

During his rounds, the Metro Manila’s top cop was able to confirm the presence of the rookie police.

He then left MPD after about 30 minutes.

“Ito’y para matiyak na walang VIP treatment kay Valencia. Baka kasi may nag-iisip na nakakalabas siya ng kulungan (This is to ensure that Valencia is not receiving VIP treatment. There might be people thinking that he goes out of jail),” Eleazar said.

Afterwhich, Eleazar also visited some precincts in Manila.
