Ara Galang and Mylene Paat headline a six-player group signing with the Farm Fresh Foxies ahead of the Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference slated next week.

The team made the announcement on Monday, Jan. 26, with Galang and Paat joining new recruits Imee Hernandez, Remy Palma, Royse Tubino and Bia General.

“We officially welcome to the Farm Fresh family Bia General, Rem Palma, Imee Hernandez, Mylene Paat, Royse Tubino and Ara Galang,” the team said in a social media post.

“Exciting times for the orange, black and white. We hope you love it here, ladies! And to the fans coming in with them, welcome to you as well,” it added.

Galang, Paat and Hernandez came from the disbanded Chery Tiggo Crossovers, while Tubino and General were from the Choco Mucho Flying Titans. Palma, for her part, last played for the Petro Gazz Angels.

Paat, Galang, and Tubino are set to reinforce a wing rotation that already features former league MVP Ces Molina, multi-time Best Opposite Spiker Trisha Tubu, Jolina Dela Cruz, and Rachel Daquis.

Hernandez and Palma, meanwhile, are expected to add depth and experience to Farm Fresh’s frontline alongside Lorene Toring, Riri Meneses, Rizza Cruz, and Des Clemente-De Guzman.

General is projected to bolster the Foxies’ libero rotation, a role that was primarily handled by converted defensive specialist Alyssa Bertolano in the previous conference.

Farm Fresh is coming off its best elimination round showing in franchise history after finishing with a 7–1 win-loss record, though its campaign ended in the quarterfinals with a loss to Akari. At the time, the team was coached by Alessandro Lodi.
