Are they, or aren’t they?
That’s the question swirling around social media relating Janella Salvador and Klea Pineda.
In a recent interview, Janella finally opened up about it.
Addressing speculations that she ended Klea’s relationship with longtime girlfriend Katrice Kierulf, Janella maintained: “Hindi po ako part ng break-up, hindi po ako third party, I want to exclude myself from that.”
When prodded further about the true nature of her relationship with Klea, she shot back: “Kung ano ‘yung nakikita ninyo, ‘yun na ‘yun.”
“Nakikita n’yo naman kung gaano ako kasaya,” she added with a smile, leaning closer to Klea.
Klea, for her part, didn’t pour cold water on the speculation either.
Asked the same question, she blurted: “Kung ano ‘yung nakikita ninyo online o kahit saan, ‘yun na ‘yun! Basta masaya kami.”
The two have been inseparable in public, from casual dinners to joint appearances for their Cinemalaya film “Open Endings.”
Whether their chemistry is a sign of something real or just a clever way to drum up buzz for their film remains a mystery.
Either way, the two are keeping everyone hooked with the same message: What you see is what you get.
