Bela Padilla shared the current state of her heart in a recent interview.

Note the actress-film director revealed her split with Swiss-Italian Norman Ben Bay only days prior.

Bela described her heart as “full and thriving,” filled with love not necessarily in the romantic sense but through her craft and passions.

“I don’t feel like I’m lacking right now. I have so much I’m doing and more I want to do,” she said.

Now, Bela has officially returned to ABS-CBN and Star Magic, the same agency that first launched her career in 2007.

Calling it a “full-circle moment,” she expressed excitement at rejoining the company at a different stage in her life.

“I can’t compare who I was at 16 to who I am now. I feel this will be a new experience for me as an artist and as a person.”

Her loyalty to ABS-CBN played a big role in her decision. During the pandemic and after the network’s franchise loss, Bela chose not to work with other companies.

“I couldn’t bring myself to accept offers elsewhere, so I left. But now that ABS-CBN is back and thriving, they called me home. It’s a give-and-take relationship.”

Looking ahead, Bela hopes for balance between acting and creating, with Star Magic giving her the push to keep growing.

While specific projects haven’t been finalized, she expressed interest in working again with Coco Martin, as well as best friends Kim Chiu and Angelica Panganiban.

Currently, she is one of the guest co-hosts on “It’s Showtime.”

Her last teleserye was “Pamilya Sagrado.”
