ACTRESS Valerie Concepcion is now off the market, having said yes to the marriage proposal of boyfriend, Francis Sunga.
Concepcion made public the engagement via social media on Aug. 16, several weeks after Sunga proposed to her on July 11.
Celebrity friends who showered the two with congratulatory messages include Ana Roces, Yasmien Kurdi, RR Enriquez, Ehra Madrigal, Isabel Oli, Maxene Magalona, Carla Abellana, Denise Laurel, and Meg Imperial.
Concepcion has posted a photo of her engagement ring on Instagram, saying simply, “Missin’ you, mahal ko.”
Apparently, the 37-year-old Sunga is based in Guam where he works as a court clerk.
The two have been in a relationship for one year and seven months now.
In an interview on Pep, Concepcion admitted she is on cloud nine following the proposal.
She revealed praying that Sunga is finally “the one.”
Concepcion related she and Sunga are planning for a civil wedding set on December.
She is not confirming a traditional church wedding, but she is hoping to have one. (Neil Ramos)
