Adult content creator and actress Salome Salvi can finally breathe easy after reaching an agreement with the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas, Inc. (KSMBPI) following a recent meeting.
Previously, KSMBPI had filed a formal complaint against Salvi at the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office, accusing her of violating Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code and Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012. The complaint stemmed from allegations that she posted over 50 “indecent and obscene” materials on her social media platforms.

During their meeting, Dr. Michael Raymond Aragon, Chairman of KSMBPI, explained the group’s position, emphasizing their commitment to protecting young people from age-inappropriate content. In a positive turn, Salvi agreed to remove the flagged posts from her accounts.
Dr. Aragon clarified that the group’s actions were not a personal attack on the actress. He emphasized that KSMBPI is not against adult content but believes such material should be safely restricted from minors.
