51st MMFF crowns winners

The 51st Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) honored outstanding participants at the annual Gabi ng Parangal at Dusit Thani in Makati, Saturday.

The Best Picture award went to “I’mPerfect,” which made history as the first local film featuring individuals with Down syndrome winning the same.

The Best Actress trophy went to “I’mPerfect” lead star Krystel Go, while the Best Actor award went to Vice Ganda for his performance in “Call Me Mother”.
