GMA Integrated News’ flagship midday newscast, “Balitanghali,” celebrates its 20th anniversary this November, cementing its legacy as the longest-running noon-time newscast on free TV.
For two decades since its launch on November 11, 2005, “Balitanghali” has been a trusted news source of millions of Filipinos.
Anchored by multi-awarded and seasoned journalists Connie Sison and Raffy Tima, “Balitanghali” continues to bring viewers the biggest developing stories, both local and international 20 years on.
Reflecting on the milestone, Connie shared: “‘Balitanghali’ has resonated deeply with the Filipino people because our news reports reflect the everyday realities they experience.”
