Kathryn Bernardo has been named the Most Influential Celebrity of the Year at the 11th EdukCircle Awards, adding another recognition to her already impressive career.
Star Magic, her talent management agency, congratulated the actress on Instagram, calling it “a super win for the Asia’s Superstar.”
The post continued, “Here’s to earning the title of the ‘Most Influential Celebrity of the Year’ at the 11th EdukCircle Awards.”
The EdukCircle Awards, established in 2011, honors individuals who have made notable contributions to Philippine television and media.
Kathryn, who has been in the public eye since her “Mara Clara” days, continues to evolve as an actress and a public figure.
She is currently preparing for her television comeback — this time alongside James Reid, marking their first on-screen partnership.
The project signals a new chapter for Kathryn, who in recent years has been exploring roles outside her long-time love team with Daniel Padilla.
Last year, she also received recognition at the Asian World Film Festival (AWFF) as one of the Philippines’ most bankable and beloved performers.
