President Jasper Vicencio, Bayad Chairman Atty. Ray C. Espinosa, and Bayad President & CEO Lawrence Y. Ferrer. The deal makes DigiPlus Bayad’s exclusive gaming partner for OTC cash-ins — a move that combines entertainment and fintech in one accessible ecosystem.

Because Bayad is accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as an Electronic Money Issuer (EMI), all transactions are processed through secure, regulated channels. It’s convenience that doesn’t cut corners.

Both companies plan to roll out cash-outs and in-app transactions via the Bayad App soon, so players can move funds freely between platforms — whether they’re claiming a win or topping up for the next big game.
