Swift tease

Taylor Swift has officially stepped into her Burlesque Era — you’ll know it the instant you see it.

The theatrical shift coincides with her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”

She made a surprise announcement of the same via boyfriend Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast.

It drops October 3.

The cover, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, is deceptively simple but sensual: Swift in water, chest-deep, beaded bodice glistening, hair slicked back.

No props. No smoke machines. Just her and the lens, with fabric clinging in ways that whisper more than any of her lyric could.

But that’s just one shot.

The others a virtual sultry showcase that could make even Bill Cosby blush—her curves framed in fishnet stockings, shimmering rhinestone bralette catching the light, feathered headpiece arching dramatically like a stage finale…

No doubt, it’s one of her more extravagant outing yet, every angle calculated, every pose more “I own this room” than the last.

She calls it “an off-stage moment,” a peek between curtain call and after party. Yet the imagery is anything but still. It’s eye contact held half a second longer than necessary; it’s the knowing pause before the next number begins.

The 12-track set is sleek and suggestive—titles like “The Fate of Ophelia,” “Elizabeth Taylor,” “Cancelled!,” and “Honey.”

The title track is a duet with Sabrina Carpenter—an inspired pairing. It’s as if Hugh Hefner thought about it.

Even the palette—tangerine and mint—feels intimate. Less neon glare, more champagne sweating in its glass.

This era, Swift doesn’t wink. She doesn’t need to. She knows that you know.
