Twenty-one entries will battle it out on Monday’s 4-cock pre-finals of 2024 World Slasher Cup 2 9-Cock Invitational Derby at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Competing in the pre-finals are top fighters 4-time WSC champion Rey Briones, multi-titled derby champion Frank Berin, EP/Jimmy Rimando, RBM/Hilbert Crisistomo, Anthony Jacinto/Eugene Arive, Zaballa/Tolidan/Jaaper/Galang/Ortega & Boody 33, Dr. Buddy Robrigado/Rommel Manalo, Raymond Dela Cruz, Alan Arandia, Doc Ran Bonavente, BGC/Ernie and Alex, and Ricky Magtuto/Jeffrey Sy/Alwyn Sy.
Other top names are Engr. Emerson Sumigad, Lito Cay, Dylan Castillo/Ed Ligon/Mecoy Timbas, Butch Brotonel/JJC, Dr. Ronald Artes/Ortee, VG/Mario Siochi/John Lee Hagoriles, Frank Berin and Toto Sevilla, and Bulldog.
The pre-finals will feature 44 fights starting at 6 p.m.
Meanwhile, the much-awaited grand finals is slated on May 28.
