He was 86.His daughters, Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan and Mutya Laxa Buensuceso, announced their father’s death on social media.According to them, Tony passed away peacefully in his sleep in his home in Pasig City last Saturday.Tony started his career in the movies in the 1960s. He gained fame as Tony Falcon, Agent X-44, a character quite similar to James Bond.This persona would lead Ferrer to numerous appearances as action hero in many films throughout the 1970s and the 80s.
