BY DANNY ESTACIOCABUYAO CITY, Laguna – A member of the Police Regional Mobile Force Battalion was killed in an ambush staged Thursday morning by two motorcycle-riding men along Yulo Road in Barangay Pittland, here.Staff Sergeant Christian Ramos, a resident of Sitio Laguarta, Poblacion 1, Calaca, Batangas, died on the spot from bullet wounds, police said.According to investigators, Ramos was traversing the road at about 9:40 a.m. when he was repeatedly shot by the gunmen on a motorcycle.Police recovered from the crime scene six fired cartridge cases of 9mm pistol and three fired cartridge cases of .45-caliber gun.
