PANGASINAN – A two-year-old boy died after he fell into an irrigation canal at Zone 2, Barangay Dilan Paurido in Urdaneta City on Monday night.
Police Staff Sgt. Randy Darang said Kenneth Rarasy Derije was playing with his aunt, 4, when he fell into the canal at around 7:30 a.m..
The young girl immediately asked the residents to inform the victim’s grandmother, Gina Molina Derije, of the incident.
The boy was rushed by responding cops to Urdaneta District but he was declared dead on arrival. (Liezle Basa Inigo)
