CAGAYAN – A French national was nabbed after he yielded 500 grams of marijuana in a buy-bust operation Wednesday in Barangay Lakambini, Tuao East here.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 2 identified the suspect as Samir Madi , 57, a pizza food cart owner and resident of the municipality.
The Frenchman, who has long been on the watch list of the agency, is now in the custody of Tuao Police awaiting inquest proceedings for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (Liezle Basa Inigo)
