PAGKATAPOS laitin ni Erik Matti ang mga Korean dramas, ipinagtanggol naman ito ng aktor na si Mon Confiado.
Ni-repost ni Mon ang pinost niya sa Facebook noong 2018 kunsaan pinupuri niya ang Korean entertainment industry.
May ginawa kasing pelikula si Mon doon titled “The Golden Holiday” at aniya, “Now I understand why their film industry is booming. Their approach is that instead of censoring or cutting scenes out, they allow it to be preserved the way the director intended. The film will only depend on the Korean Media Ratings Board (KMRB) to ensure that they won’t be seen by impressionable people of a certain age.
“If you take a look at K-dramas and movies that became popular overseas, you will see that many are period dramas. These dramas do a great deal in promoting Korean history and culture to the outside world. I’m dreaming that one day our film industry will be like this,” post ni Mon.
