HOUSE TOUR: The long break from filming “Descendants of the Sun” has allowed Rocco Nacino to focus on his dream house.
Last Saturday, Mar. 21, the GMA actor proudly unveiled his new house on his own vlog channel on You Tube.
He offered viewers a tour of his three-story mansion in an exclusive village in Antipolo.
Mar. 21 also happens to be the actor’s 33rd birthday.

DON’T BE TOO SENSITIVE: I had a chance to listen to Rocco during a mock press conference in UST.
He struck me with his confidence, gift of gab, and concern for the wellbeing of our youth.
Rocco advised young people in the audience not to be too sensitive about certain issues.
“Don’t be afraid to fail. Failure makes you stronger, makes you learn.’’
He cited his own failures in life, such as when he was rejected several times for certain projects.
Privately, he also told me how he coped with depression following a failed love affair with an actress.
He noted that many of today’s young people are too sensitive to a fault. They think they know enough, are in control of their lives.

OBEY YOUR PARENTS: Rocco urged the fellows, numbering close to a hundred, to obey their parents.
“It’s good to have someone in your life who has authority, someone you can be afraid of, someone to respect, trust, and follow,’’ he said.
Rocco, a registered nurse, also finished his Masters of Science in Nursing.
“I wouldn’t be talking to you in this manner, with this confidence, were it not for my parents who encouraged me to study.’’
