KRIS Aquino’s former business partner, Nicko Falcis, was jointly arrested by agents of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and the National Bureau Of Investigation (NBI) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1, Friday.
He just came from Thailand with his family when apprehended.
It was upon checking at the immigration counter that authorities found out he has two standing arrest warrants from the Taguig Regional Trial Court, Branch 117 and 70.
These are for estafa (through misappropriation or conversion); and for violating Section 9 of RA no. 8484 known as the access devices regulation act.
Bail for both amounts to P66,000.
