4 nabbed in Valenzuela buy-bust

Four drug suspects, including a minor, were arrested in a buy-bust operation on Gen. T. de Leon, Valenzuela City the other day.

Police identified the suspects as Jerwin Garcia, 24; Jhanver Almanon, 20; Armando Perez, 41; and a certain “Gerald,” 16; all residents of the area.

Elements of the Valenzuela City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit conducted the sting at about 2 a.m.

Investigation showed that the suspects were arrested after a poseur buyer bought a sachet of suspected shabu worth P200 from Garcia.

Retrieved from the suspects were nine sachets of suspected shabu, P220 in cash, and P200 marked money. (Minka Tiangco)
