The Philippine Collegiate Champions League (PCCL) yesterday announced its partnership with the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) for a unified basketball program in search for a national collegiate champion.
The partnership will promote the National Collegiate Basketball Championship (NCC) as a program recognizing excellence of student athletes in basketball across the country.
“These people are doing a great job in the grassroots level,” said PSC Chairman Butch Ramirez.
With the partnership, the PSC will award the Presidents Cup for basketball to the national champion.
PCCL Chairman Rey Gamboa lauded the effort and initiative of PSC in reaching out to sports organizations like the PCCL.
