The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) has formed a three-man panel it hopes will resolve the leadership crisis in the Philippine Swimming Inc. (PSI) secretary general Steve Hontiveros said yesterday.
The POC was compelled to intervene when former national team standout Ral Rosario held an election in Bacolod City over the weekend where he was elected as president.
The three-man panel is made up of former Philippine Sports Commission chairman Ritchie Garcia, ex-International Olympic Committee representative to the Philippines Frank Elizalde and netball president and lawyer Charlie Ho.
