A toddler died after being hit by an Asian Utility Vehicle (AUV) while crossing the street alone in a neighborhood in Makati City Tuesday afternoon.
Victim Jeremy Delos Santos, one-year and seven-month old, was rushed to a nearby clinic but declared dead on arrival due to severe injuries.
Meanwhile, AUV driver John David Collantes, 23, a resident of Block 22, Lot 32 Cedar St., Cypress Subdivision, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, surrendered to authorities and is now under the custody of police.
